Manifestly can be integrated with thousands of other services using integration platforms such as Tray.io.
In this example we show how easy it is to use Tray.io’s service along with Manifestly’s webhooks feature to create an integration between Manifestly and Zendesk.
Like other integrations, this is a full loop integration where a new ticket in Zendesk can launch and assign a checklist in Manifestly. Once the checklist is completed in Manifestly, the integration uses webhooks and Tray.io along with Zendesk’s API to update the original Zendesk ticket.
Our customers use integrations like this to create enhanced workflows within Zendesk. The workflows are implemented in Manifestly, but Zendesk holds all the original support ticket information along with the status of the checklist run in Manifestly.
