Webhooks: New Events and Custom Payloads

New Events

We’ve added two new events to our webhook capabilities for when a run is late and when a step is late. The following events can now be utilized to trigger webhooks:

• Workflow run start
• Workflow run completed
• Workflow run is late
• Step completed
• Step is late

Custom JSON Payloads

Additionally, you can now fully customize the payload JSON of the webhooks. What this means is you can use workflow content variables to create custom JSON templates for any of the events above, passing exactly the Run or Step data to the API endpoint of the system you want to update.
