Send SMS Messages when a Step is Completed

When the configured step is marked complete, Manifestly sends a text to a phone number collected in the run or a number entered when configuring, with optional variables for personalization.

Set up

1. Edit the step and enable Send SMS on completion.
2. Select the run field that holds the recipient’s phone number or enter a number to always send to.
3. Write the message and insert variables (e.g., {{Address}}, {{Product Number}}, {{Customer Name}}).
4. Save.

Notes

• Triggers only on step Completion.
• Requires a valid US phone number.
• Only available for Enterprise Plan customers.
